This remodel was a classic case of everything has to go – but (almost) everything needs to stay the same. Without adding additional square footage, our team reworked walls and maximized space for a growing family.

The structure was completely gutted and as as we rebuilt we used color choices that would update the home without spending a fortune on trim work. By moving the living room and guest bathroom wall over we created more space and storage for the master bathroom. Not one inch was wasted in this 1,536 square foot home.

With new flooring, painted kitchen cabinets, new bathroom cabinets, and updated fixtures and hardware Grace Street felt like home.
